Click on New Registration and fill the following required details like Applicant name, valid email id, mobile number and a password and click on register to register yourself.
After registering, a system generated mail will be sent to the registered email id, click the URL’s provided in the email which re directs to login page and also activates the account & then the registered email id and the password which was provided while New Registration will be the login credentials to proceed further for applying new connections.
Click on Reset password (next to login button) enter your registered email id , verify captcha and click on change password, a message will be shown as follows “Change Password link sent Successfully, Please click on link mentioned in mail “ Later click the URL’s provided in the email which re-directs to change password page and you can create new password by clicking on verify captcha & change password to update you new password.
Login with registered email id and password, click on buy application (100 rs) it re-directs to payment gateway, select your card type and make the payment and once the payment is successful it is re directed to the New application page.
While making payment if the transaction fails and the amount is deducted the amount will be refunded by payment gateway merchant in a very short time.
Almost all the fields in the application are important and need to be filled with correct information and required documents need to be attached without fail for smooth processing of the application.
Note : fields mentioned with (*) are mandatory fields.
The application can be filled and saved as draft by clicking on save button, later it can be edited as required.
Note : If the application is confirmed, it cannot be edited anytime soon until the application is received back from AEE (if any) information need to be updated from your end.
Next to application page tab there is tab called status, by clicking on this tab you can view your application status stage wise and designation wise i.e. at what stage the application is and with whom the application is with along with their designation’s.
Based on the Ward number & Service area selected, it gets sorted/filtered accordingly and will be submitted automatically to the concerned sub division AEE.
The AEE (other sub divison) who receives your application can change the ward number and service area depending on your connection address and update it or he/she can send back the application to you to correct it and re-submit/re-confirm once again so that it gets submitted to the concerned sub division AEE.
The engineers will send message from their login, which can be seen in an Inbox tab or they will get in touch through call (registered number) provided in the application.
Yes, the engineer (AE/JE) will call and inform you regarding their inspection visit to the connection address in prior.
Yes, the plumber details can be changed any time in the plumber details tab before making the final payment for new connection.
The plumber should be a registered plumber of BWSSB and no other plumber will be entertained by BWSSB.
Note : Before making final payment for new connection, An agreement should be made between the consumer and the registered plumber and the scan copy of that agreement should be attached before making the final payment for the new connection.
After inspection is done by engineer AE/JE, based on the sital area and other parameters like Pro rata charges, GBWASP charges etc will be calculated and a demand note will be raised addressing to your connection address which in detail explains the breakup of the each parameter and the total amount will be mentioned.
Note : Once the demand note is approved by AEE, you will receive an SMS to your number saying kindly login for reasons for making the payment.
There is a payment history tab, where the demand note can be seen and based on the amount raised in the demand note you have to proceed with making final payment through online payment gateway option.
Note : Once the payment is successful, an e-receipt will be generated for your referral.
